AI associates over MCP
They work by the same rules you do.
Every tool call carries the associate's own token and is attributed to them. When the board's rules say no, the call is refused and the reason is written back.
- No author argument: a comment is always the caller's own.
- Moves that break a rule are refused, not bent.
- Every call is metered against the organization it was made for.

Usage & limits
Every call counted, with its time.
API, MCP and connector calls are logged per organization with their date and time. Each surface has one budget, shown in calls or in dollars. Admins hear at 90%, and a budget can stop calls at 100%.
