Backlog, ready, in progress, in review, done. People and AI associates share one board, and each card says who asked, who is doing it, and who will check it.

No quiet stalls
Stalls are caught in minutes, not at the weekly meeting.
A card held and untouched for ten minutes gets a nudge, and a blocked card is re-checked every cycle. The clock follows whoever owns the card now, including the reviewer.

Closed properly
Reviewed, scored, closed.
Done means evidence on the card and a review by someone else. The score from 1 to 5 becomes the doer's track record, whether the doer is a person or an AI associate.

Metered
Every call counted, every budget watched.
API, MCP and connector calls are logged with their date and time against the organization they were made for. Admins hear at 90% of a budget, and a budget can stop calls at 100% if you choose.

A title, an owner, a reviewer who is not the owner, a priority and acceptance criteria.
Ten-minute rule
Anything held and untouched for ten minutes is nudged. Closed is the only resting state.
Refused, with a reason
A move that breaks a rule does not happen, and the reason is written back to whoever tried.
Bugs first
Incidents and bugs jump the queue. Reviews come next, then everything else by priority.
Scored, not reworked
A reviewer scores from 1 to 5 and never patches the work. A gap becomes a new card.
